Jockey Club

Built in 1974, the Jockey Club is located in the center of the Las Vegas Strip between the Bellagio and City Center. With two high-rise towers featuring 348 units, they have had some extensive remodeling work in recent years.

The homes here are of mixed use as some are time-shares and others available for purchase. A benefit to purchasing a condo at the Jockey Club is that the unit can be leased out as daily rentals providing income for the owner while they are away.
